Our Cafe
At Local Press Café, we are passionate about food. Whole foods, that are unrefined and unprocessed, free of unnecessary additives and preservatives.
All our proteins are free range, pasture fed, chemical & hormone-free.
Wherever possible we make the ingredients in the dishes we serve in-house, using seasonal and local produce.
We place a great deal of effort in reducing waste and redirecting our waste from landfill to be recycled, re-used or composted. Our efforts in sustainability have been very successful so far, earning us an ACTsmart Business accreditation for our efforts in recycling and environmental responsibility.
Catering
Are you looking for Catering Services ? We provide catering services, with or without staff, for domestic, corporate or government events, at our venues or yours.
Call us or email us with your requirements and we will be pleased to organise a custom menu to suit your function.
Weekdays
7am–4pm
Weekends
8am–5pm
Weekdays – Kitchen hours 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Weekends – Kitchen closes at 4 pm
Bookings
Please Note: Bookings can be made for groups of four or more on weekdays at any time. And bookings of 4 or more on WEEKENDS AFTER 1:30 PM
Please be aware that we cannot always reply to emails during service, so it is recommended that all reservations are made 48 hours in advance.
Groups of under four will typically have no troubles finding a table upon arrival on weekdays and will be assisted and seated by a host on weekends.
